Very convenient, but their restock is awful. More often than not, you can't buy what you're looking for, and it can be weeks before the product is in stock again. Not dependable at all. Next to this, be prepared for a reshuffle every other week. So annoying to go to the place where you think the item is only to find its all been moved and mixed around.
Small supermarket but sells a lot of products ideal for ready meals and convenience foods when your on holiday . A bit of everything .There is also a very large Asda nearby if needed
8:15 in the morning, don’t expect to be served by a human being. Self service check out only, which I refuse to use! I asked the assistant to do it for me, she obliged with dose of contempt. So if you’re elderly or partially sighted then don’t come before 9am. What a disgrace…..the breakdown of society continues.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at your store in Ramsgate 13-10-2023. I visited the store and encountered an incident of unpleasant insensitivity from your staff member. This behavior was both hurtful and unacceptable.nnMe and my wife was billing from your self billing counter and the lady came in without any reason and her looks seemed derogatory and aimed at belittling me.nnI can tell you the exact time 11:01 and I would like you to investigate with the CCTV.nnI have been your customer since 2019 in London, this behaviour from your staff is totally unacceptable.nnHope you will investigate this.
