The lady with long grey hair and glasses is so arrogant and rude. Never experienced customer service like it. She ignores you completely when she is working self serve, many times when she is working I have waited over 10 mins for her to get to me, she isn’t helping any other customers either. The other day I was queuing to be served at till. She went “excuse me I need to get there” she picked up 1 basket. It was like she was being awkward one purpose, and making all customers move out of her way
Genuinely one of the worst shops I've been to generallynThe layout makes no sense, the pizza counter is never open, they don't ever actually have any normal stock. It's just.... a really really bad shop. I don't know who if anyone actually runs it. But man is it bad.
Terrible service and rude staff, avoid the older lady with grey hair and glasses, works behind front desk counter. Seems to purposely be ignorant over purchasing matters every time.
I asked if they did whole fresh cooked chicken was told every yes daily, gentlemen said from 10am, there was no cooked chicken not happy waste time I’ll go to Sainsbury’s
