My wife and I have just come away with our weekly shop. Brilliant place with plenty of room between the aisles so easy to walk round. Any staff we had contact with were helpful and friendly enough. Some very good bargains to be had. Great with free parking in a good sized car park. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Good selection of food including vegetarian however gets very busy at weekends. Avoid Saturdays. Provides free parking but entrance very congested and you have to pay for the parking and then claim it back at the till with min spend requirement. Staff normally very helpful

Customer service was not very good. I went to a self checkout and didn't notice the laminated sign saying Cards Only. The screen didn't indicate this. So I bought something for £8. Put a £20 note in and only received back £10. I notified the staff and she was very abrupt saying"can't you read? This checkout is card only" She was very put out by having to open the machine up to give me £2. The shopper on the next checkout to me was horrified. I was kept waiting a good few minutes even though there were only a few shoppers around. When I received the £2 it was given aggressively.

I recently shopped at asda, the plac is good like any other asda. I was at the self check out, I paid and left to the exit. But on of the staff ran to me to hand me my £20 cashback from the machine, I am grateful for the staff in particular, I just had to write it

I would just like to say how friendly Peter is from Click and Collect, a huge credit to ASDA - lovely personable chap - NEEDS TO BE RECOGNISED - well done Peter - I am sure there are more than two Peter's at ASDA, he was there for our 3.10 pm collection at Click and Collect yesterday 11.12.2017
