Excellent supermarket! Always a good selection of ready made meals and groceries. Location is easy to locate with a large car park on site. The home and electronics section is well stocked with good prices.

Shop here occasionally and it's quite good with friendly staff. However this week in the bread aisle the bakery staff were putting out the bread. These must be the staff who bake the bread because they were in white kitchen uniform...... Only their kitchen attire was not white but instead very grubby and dirty looking.
Was very shocked. This is not good hygiene practice for handling food!

2 luxury hot chocolates,a latte and a Mocha....
The hot chocs were like dish water. No taste at all!
The latte was bitter and the mocha was just a sugary mess.
If you charge premium prices you should supply premium beverages. Very poor Asda.

Ordered a coat on line from Asda. Size was ok, slightly large, so when I was in Asda last, saw a smaller size and bought that. However, I'd hung larger coat up still with tags, but threw all packaging away! So had to return it to click and collect, but couldn't print out any required details.  After going to customers services, finally handed the coat over to a very nice man, David, said I'd receive a refund once it was processed.  This was at 2pm, at 5pm, email came advising refund paid !  Am so very impressed with the care from the Lowestoft staff, especially David from click and collect.   Thank you very much.
