Complete waste of time don’t go to this store ! Staff standing around doing nothing .. shelves empty ! Ignorant home shopping staff parking trolleys blocking aisles .. pallets left all over the floor waiting for a claim! .. rubbish all over the floor! Self checkout staff standing in a group having a nice chat about their night out including swearing ! Ignoring the red light help calls .. don’t bother going down the home aisles all the stock is above and what stock is out has no price! Worst shopping experience I have had in a very long time I won’t be returning
The staff in the cafe really need to go on a food handling refreshers course. I had a coffee and toasted sandwich after I was watching the staff as they worked the one doing the food was flipping from this to that not once did she wash her hands at best she rubbed them on her jacket she had on. The girl on the till moved from taking money to handling food and making the drinks plus none had hairnets on yes I know these are not mandatory but I feel Asda as a good food store would be good at setting a good example.
Called for petrol. Good price self service.nBUT, the pump said 'printer not working'. After filling up I checked my bank a/c - £99 paid for £55 of petrol!nWent to shop service and the matter was resolved.nBUT, it was clear from the dialogue that this had occurred before.
Did an express online delivery was delivered by a uber driver all fridge items and joints of meat missing they wouldn’t redeliver just said I’ll get a refund shocking customer service
