In August we found an ST Line that would suit my needs as I'm a motability customer and was changing from a slightly smaller car. 3 weeks ago she arrived at the dealership and they have been waiting for the conversion company to complete the work needed including my chair topper. I can't fault Allen Ford in Kettering and especially Jordan. He's been brilliant all the way through. He's gone above and beyond to help me get everything sorted and kept me updated all the way through. I've only had her a week and I've already done 500+ miles. It's such a pleasure to drive. Thank you so much.
Absolutely fantastic service from these guys, I live in Northampton and it was definitely worth the travel to Kettering Kelvin was brilliant with me and really helped to make everything as easy and smooth and possible. From start to finish of the purchase of my car the sales assistant was very helpful. Answered every question that was put forward to him, not that i had very many questions as the information he provided was very helpful in the first place. Really impressed with the service from Monika at Allen Ford. Although the delivery of our new car was delayed, she would ring me every couple of weeks with an update. Very helpful, the handover of the new car went smoothly and we're really happy with our new Puma ST-Line
From initial communication to walking through the door and finally driving away in my NEW Focus the team and especially Jordan continue to be professional, helpful and courteous. The service I have received has been top shelf, everything was explained clearly, all my questions have been answered promptly and the response time is without question a premium level of care. Very pleased with the service I received at Allen Ford Kettering, this is the second new car I have purchased from them with no problems at all from ordering to delivery. The sales staff and in fact all staff I have been in contact with have been excellent, very professional, friendly and quick to answer any queries. I very highly recommend Allen Ford Kettering.
I contacted Allen Ford initially to look at quotes for a new Ford fiesta which was a bit out of my price range, I then quickly found a car online in their January sale which sounded perfect for what I needed. Within a week the car got delivered to Kettering and everything was done smoothly, I was part exchanging my Vauxhall Astra and the whole process was just great, Jordan was very helpful with everything as well as Gabby who did handover!
