Twice this week I have been at the pizza counter was there on the 24th and 2 colleagues were so busy talking and and one blowing her nose at the counter the pair were very rude took 5 minutes to acknowledge myself and then when I asked for a pizza was rudely told the weren't doing make your own pizzas today. Today was there and the same girl was on counter today I asked if she would be making any of the woodfired  crust was told no she didn't have time. Really think the customer service was terrible was over at 15.00 on the first day and 12.45 the next. Would go back if this girl was on the counter again

Can get just about all you need here. Keep coming back because the scan & go app on the phone makes it much better to shop at than any of the competition.

I found it difficult locating some of the products and a lot of items appeared to be out of stock.  I appreciate I may have visited when a delivery was due but it meant I left without some of the items I had hoped to purchase.  Also staff member at the customer service tobacco desk was deep in conversation with another member of staff while serving me and did not disengage from this conversation for the duration of my interaction.

Shop is great, staff are magic, but I promised myself a year ago I wouldn't return due to fully automated checkouts. I forgot and went in a few weeks ago. It's not any particular principal, I just don't like them, they make me really stressed. So for this one, I won't be back.

Few products unavailable waiting to at lottery counter 37minutes ridiculously long time to stand. Would help if chat from counter staff was less about having a good time out. We are not interested.

Great staff, usually get what I need, yesterday it was a photo frame and I got that no problems   Still has 3 "real" tills as well...long may thar continue!

First time using this store, and I found it quite reasonable.

Made a last minute wine run for my daughter.9.50 .ooft close call but one staff member rose to the challenge.waa a supermarket j.sweep moment..but we made it even though I left cash in car while I ran back to car wine was put through love u guys happy ending...... althoug I had to be taxi for daughter later but that's not important

Decent, but through no fault of the store it lacks a lot of offers and stock that you will find in the Asda superstores.
