I was in the Cookstown store this evening and I'm sorry to say I'm not one to complain but I used the scan as you go app and asked for assistance from as I seen on her badge Sharon she was not helpful at all she was quite rude and very sour as if she didn't want to be there. I am not very good with these new apps but I was more a bother to her. I spent a good bit of money tonight but its put me off going back. I cant stand disrespect. . Not saying alls bad I asked a lad Andy for assistance in the chilled isle and he was very helpful and said I hope you have a good Christmas. You need more staff like Andy
Great store I particular like the new freezers fridge's Love how much clothes they have hear . Love too the Asda app on phone. Love the oen brads cheap things m make a price difference.
I bought a TV last Monday evening the security man I think his name was Gabriel was a gentleman he came out and measured my boot then took the TV out and put it in for me he was very helpful and I can't praise him enough..Thank you.
I was at Asda as usual 2nd November around 9.20 to 9.30 pm. I brought full big trolley of goods. It is for the shop. When I came to check out the lady told me you can't buy tomato and eaggs more then three PK. I don't know why is that there was plenty of stock in Asda and also another lady came to the check out none of them able to explain what's happening...... I am writing this to the manager to follow up please. Thanks for your previous help....

As with all large supermarkets there is an extensive range of products at generally competitive prices. I doubt anyone requires any real detail on what is sold here. Lots of parking spaces, and toilets are available in store. All in all I'd say Tesco's Cookstown's only other large supermarket has a superior selection of products overall, but differences in prices is negligible.
There is a better shop than tesco. Asda is better. They have a great choice to buy. You can buy almost everything here. Very nice dressing here. There is also a large parking lot.
Too small assortment. No cat food products or drinking water for humans. A very small selection of products. No vegetables per kilogram. Shortages in pork or cow meat. Tesco is definitely better.
