Living in Angmering, West Sussex, we are generally spoilt for choice of Supermarkets, with all the big ones within a few minutes drive. ASDA at Ferring has since opening had the best bread available in terms of price, life and quality, until fairly recently. I have been unable to check/confirm if there has been a changeover of bakery staff, but the quality of it's Tiger loaves has deteriorated badly. They now vary from unrisen/unproved correctly to over baked and dry. Last Sunday morning at about 1030 am, ie 30 minutes after opening I bought a Tiger Loaf, one of only a few on display, with the correct date 15/04/18, but I would suspect from my past catering knowledge, that this loaf had been repackaged from the previous day's bake. Obviously nobody at ASDA will admit this method of operating, but someone, somehow is not telling the truth, about these products. Management here need to have a good check on the workings and products now being offered, in the bakery department, either with or without their knowledge, particularly over the night time weekend period, as these products are now well below standard!

One word "massive" loved it... If you enjoy the American style supermarket this is for you.
