As good as any other ASDA. Proud customers for great deals and bargains. Good location with easy layout. A very long wait for click and collect service. Also, easy returns process with trained staff with exact knowledge of what seems to be a new system along with an out of way willingness to help. Fresh produce. Fresh bakery. Fish. Poultry. Meat. Lamb. Vegetables are fresh too. Late evening bargains are available.
The lady at the pharmacy refused to serve 3 adults including my mother, my mother is 54 and this lady started giving my mother different medications knowing my mum allergies, unfortunately she never served my mother and we had to go to a different pharmacy, she’s EXTREMELY arrogant, questioning me “ are you that girl sister?” I didn’t know what to say, I believe she discriminated my brown Color and my mother scarf, all I want to say is that we left empty handed, as a normal human being I wouldn’t take the nasty attitude she gave to ny mother, she’s lucky I didn’t do anything because the disrespect against my non English speaker “mother” I should’ve shouted at her but for the sake of my mother you need to change her honstly
Thanks Great Service family super store. i lost my wallet with cash and all my cards in ASDA pay point was so worried then next day i went to store on customer service which is so friendly and security guy is great they found saved it and handed over to me which is really good i really appreciate it thanks ASDA.
An Asda like any other, but it's not a Superstore. They've just put that in the name, because it's fairly small. Car Park is a little cramped, especially when taxis are sat blocking the road.
Easy place to find, lots of parking and two entrances. Has a cash machine outside and help desk right at the front which is always a big help.
Just had to serve my self at the self checkout with £130 worth of shopping because no body was on the tills, no body would go to a till to help me , never again will I step foot in there .
Lots of products, household, clothes,gifts...cards,toys etc....recommended
Just want to say what a lovely store looking at some reviews and how some people have had rants. I've been coming to this store for years, since I was a child and always a friendly place. Staff are helpful and always a delight. Hate how I see people complaining about mask wearing and social distancing. Some people seriously need to get a life annoyed me that much made me make my comment. Dont let people like this put you off
I was in a complete rush to buy some clothing before work started as I had a wardrobe malfunction. They had the goods I needed- black shoes and a belt, but their self service card machines were not working. This caused worry and panic. I eventually returned to the store and was able to pay in cash. Disappointed
