Asda do great Pizza in the cafe shame I will not go back here as the lady today was extremely rude and should not be in a customer service role. When I ordered she didnt look happy that she had to make a full take away pizza, then said to her colleague do we have enough stuff for one. When I paid I queried the price as last time these were £8 and now £9, the web says £8 and checked again now. The way she answered was rude and that it went up ages ago, I mentioned the web and she said id looked at Maragarita look at your web , she was rude and i tapped my bank card I then asked if i could use my rewards app, she was again defensive and said you could have but too late now you have paid. I collected the pizza at the end of the counter and was not offered any sauce as I normally do. I asked for a BBQ sauce and instead of handing me one like the other lovely staff do she made me go back down to the till. Her whole manner was disgusting the way she spoke and being customer facing I find her appalling. I will just go to Tesco from now on at least the staff are friendly.
Love this store. Well set up. Easy parking. Great range of products. Cafe is decent enough too
Awful costumer service. The older cashier with red/pink lipstick, long white hair and glasses has absolutely nasty attitude. Rude. And it's not the first time
Normally I divide the review into a section of good and bad...but this store is different and here's why: *Size - This is a massive store with a lot to offer ranging from your general food groceries to even clothes. There's no grocery store bigger than this asda within a 5-10 mile radius. *Selection - They've pretty much got EVERYTHING in this Asda. Food, clothes, kitchenware, DIY, stationery...you name it and it's probably there. *Customer Service - The customer service is pretty good. The members of staff are easy to talk to and generally helpful. I've seen some have a little banter with the customers as well which is reassuring. *Services - Café, Camera Kiosk, toilets, travel money, customer returns, Scan & Go, Butchers, etc.. These are among the services available in this store. There's a few more services included in the store but as you can see, there's just so much more than I can list off over the top of my head. Either way, their all quality services and we'll provided despite the number and variety provided. *Self checkout - There are two self checkouts sections and both of them are generally the best alternatives to the regular checkout services. The conveyor belt self checkout areas are quite vast in terms of their numbers which is pretty great considering the size of the store and the number of customers. *Hygiene - As you can see from the pictures and videos I've shown, this store is suprisingly clean - especially when you take its size into consideration. Even the gents was clean, and this is something that I wouldn't take for granted especially compared to other superstores and even other Asda's within Liverpool. *Events - Depending on the time of year it is, there's generally a store wide cosmetic outlook throughout the whole store for each event. For example during Christmas / Halloween you'll see the corresponding cosmetics throughout the store which make for an emersive shopping experience. I like it and I'm sure the kids love it even more. Overall: All in all...honestly this is hands down one of the best Asda's /superstores I've been to in Liverpool. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to visit or go shopping. 9/10 - because no store is perfect but this comes close.
No baskets at the door. I had to go on a search and find me own at the till weee they was piled high it Wasn’t even busy . I Did me shop Anyway but customer’s were still looking for and taking baskets from the tills when I left 40 mins later , Staff hanging around talking to each other . Maybe the Managers must be off or something.
Lovely Asda but wish the staff would stop scalping certain toys like hotwheels…
Asda Superstore. With a nearby pharmacy. Shared lot with McDonald's and more. Petrol station. The largest grocer within 20 miles. Years of service. Cafe. Self checkout. Photo printing. Tobacconist/vapes. Every till is staffed by friendly and dedicated people. Flowers and plants. Electronics. Much more as well. Veg frozen and shelf food items are all perfect in their condition. The cleanliness and neatness of the merchandise displays are exceptional. No low stock even with the competitive pricing at Asda. Of the cafe, it is clear the higher quality is there. With many meals served from 12 noon and an all-day breakfast 5 Star. Calories and allergen information clearly posted. Seasonal items for holidays are trend setting. Thanks Asda hunts cross!
The hedges by the car park exit opposite McDonalds are too high you cannot see cars approaching from the right when you are driving out I’ve nearly been hit twice by people speeding in to get their burgers! Cut them down !
Only have 3 people working on the tills and the self service is a bloody joke watching people waiting for staff for help
Every time you go pick up an online order, those people have no interest in doing anything. It always take 20-30 min to sort out any order.
