I was shoping today with my kids, when i paid it beep like was taking money, but it didnt,nok can happened to everyone, but that how they treat me after, ladie was callong me, she say to security to protect when i wanna leave. OMG, than the faces of that people like i was make it on purpose, horrible feeling, people come on. Do You think its worth it to be a stealer for 46 pounds. stupid.nhighly not recomend that shop, very not nice.
Been in Bury Store this morning for some groceries and to send a parcel back via the instore machine. Hadn't a clue how to use my phone with the return machine but the lovely lady on customer service helped me sort it out with a bit of humour and a lot of patience! What a star and great asset to Asda! Have to say she continued her customer service and only helped me when she could! Note to Asda: she's a keeper!
Just want to say a big thank you to everyone working this evening. Bit of a nightmare with ordering online, it seems as if the orders don’t always like to go through. I would call or email to see if things are confirmed in the future even with an order confirmation, an extra step that shouldn’t have to be taken but not the staff’s fault. We had to wait for our order as it needed to be picked, luckily most of the things they still had/ were substituted for something else. Really appreciate the help and care that went into sorting what could have been a disaster! x
Visited the customer service desk today to use the Pay point service and the woman was extremely rude and refused to serve me as she was on the phone. I said I didn’t mind waiting but she told me to go the Post Office to use the service there. After walking to the Post Office, they said they didn’t offer the Pay Point service! Management need to address the poor customer service and rude behaviour of the staff as there has been multiple occasions I have experienced this. I had used the service in the past here so no reason she couldn’t serve me. I can see multiple reviews complaining about this store so it’s very obvious Management do not care. I will be writing to Corporate regarding this.
£60 parking fine for being 5 mins over the grace period. It's an absolute joke
