Love as day but as with every small as day store it's a nightmare when going to the kiosk. Let's firstly say NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STAFF. Obviously senior management who sit in their offices never experience what it's like on the shop floor. Firstly the design of self service tills and kiosk are ridiculous. People queuing in the same area don't know who's waiting for kiosk or tills. Secondly only 1 till at kiosk and 1 staff member to do everything such as top us for metres. ..lottery...collection and returns...tobacco alcohol etc it's ridiculous to have 1 person do all of this while a queue is getting longer and longer. Some common sense by Senior management would be a good start.look at the layout and get an extra till on.

Being in the store yesterday the 2 for £9 offer on the CDs caught my eye as I have been wanting the R&B one for a while so I decided to take a trip to store today and despite advertising it on the shelf they didn't have it in stock!!! Annoyed is a slight understatement. I just wasted time and energy through falsely advertising something they didn't even have in stock.
