It's a big Asda supermarket store here in Bedminster, Bristol and very spacious aisles, clean and well stocked shelves. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we got what we came for so all good. You do need a car to get here as it's not near the city centre. Not my favourite Asda or my favourite supermarket but hey ho, there were go!
I use this Asda all the time and since all the new self check out tills have been put in I find it all so much quicker and less queues. The reason for my review is that when doing my big shop with my self scanner I had a quality control check … one of my items didn’t scan !! Mortified !! So I had to have a whole trolley rescan …. The very kind gentleman Bob … was really kind, really efficient and didn’t make the experience awkward at all. Great customer service.
I found it good and affordable. Most of the staffs are friendly and supportive. Parking space is big enough as well. Overall good experience for last few months. Few occasions the coconuts were spoiled even if is not near the expiry dates.
We went into Asda the day before Christmas Eve. Absolute madness !! How the staff coped without having a breakdown/meltdown is commendable. We can see the carpark now and doesn't look like it's calming down today. It's not Christmas until you've done the Asda shop. When I went back later for the 2 things we forgot, there was a calm ambiance of knackered staff. Thank you, one and all Well done and enjoy your break and chill
Asda is a popular grocery store chain in the UK that offers a wide selection of products at affordable prices. The stores are usually large and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. They have a good mix of own brand and name brand products, and the quality is generally pretty good. I find that the prices at Asda are usually competitive with other big grocery chains, and they often have sales and discounts that make it even easier to save money. The store also has a good selection of non-food items, such as clothing, household goods, and electronics. The staff at Asda are usually friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is usually pretty efficient. Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving Asda a try for your grocery shopping needs.
Toilets - no gents available to use Baby changers - closed Disabled toilets. Sign on door which I have attached. You needed to be with someone else so they could hold the door closed. Not handy when on own or trying with a young one that needed changing. Spoke to 2 members of staff. And nothing they could do.
Why must they insist on creating bottle necks and obstacles at the end of aisles with crates of goods? The selection was poor, most items same day dated or with very short dates, and the quality was lacking too. I wish I'd gone to the fruit and veg shop like others had suggested. Too big and impersonal.
I am shopping last 20 years Asda Badminster staff is very friendly, Khizar he’s very friendly man. He always smiling. He’s very helpful and he’s look after customer even he’s working scan to go or self scan he’s always smile, great job, great man. Great, personal personality.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Even though our grocery shopping was worth £200 the store manager Louise Jones and the security guard accused us off stealing and threatened to ban us from coming to Asda again. The bad behavior and the racism that we got was unbelievable!
It's ok, it's an ASDA, generally get what you want but their stock rotation leaves a little to be desired. Just bought a pizza BB dated 12/01 it's already the 13th but the worst one were the coffee pods I found that were six months out of date; despite mentioning it to someone they remained there for several weeks. Pods dated for May, I happened to send a photo to someone in November pointing out the absurdity that they still hadn't dealt with them.
