The staff are extremely professional. The management expecially a sad looking super died blonde woman with glasses who answers questions in a passive aggressive manor / yah picked up on it sunshines ,needs to work on a course in customer relations. Ahh but again it is asda not waitrose. It is what it is and getca certain type of employee and clients.
Staff are friendly, but it is looking tired now and is in need of desperate refurbishment. I think they will face serious competition from the new Sainsbugs that is in progress if they do not pull their socks up!
Medium size supermarket. Not too large & not too small. Variety of fresh produce and products. Plenty of free car parking spaces. Staff are polite. 5 stars!!!
THE worst Asda ever, poorly run, shop is filthy, shelves ALWAYS empty, prices change daily, unfortunate that this is the closest local supermarket in Alsager. There's about 3 staff members that actually work, the others are always standing about gossiping. An absolute CROCK!
Living in Alsager it our only big supermarket at the moment. Lots of parking, but I often can't find a disabled parking space!! It's not a huge Asda, so there's no George clothing instote. It sells all of what you need for a weekly shop, it has a bakery. The staff are very nice and helpful. You can get all of the essentials. It has a few George home items which I like. Thees a chemist and a cashpoint. It's very handy. I still go to sainsbury because I love their own brand. Asda is where i go for fruit and veg etc.
Too small and so many of the isles were in such a mess but this might have been down to people and not just the store being really untidy.
Most of the fridges don’t have doors that close. Incredibly busy and always a massive queue at the self service tills. Only use if I have to.
What is happening. Empty shelves everywhere, exhausted staff. When Sainsburys arrives Asda will be in big trouble
Great little store. Usually, it has a good range of goods but can be a little low on stock at times. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Dirty. Very badly organised! Low stock and poor variety of products.
