I have been a client of Ascentis for many years. While I mostly deal with Mark and Lee, I can say that each and every member of staff that I have dealt with have always been efficient, clear to understand and helpful in making manging the accounts to be a less stressful job. It is important to me that my accountant is on hand when I need an answer and I always get a prompt and informative response to any messages I send.
