Purchase over £35 worth of food and disgusted with what we unwrapped.nnWe asked about the beef cutlet. At no point were we told it was minced beef in the shape of one! This smelt like onion and dog food. Wouldn't touch, the smelt put us off.nnWe have 2 x 1/4 of chicken. Both when we cut it open was stone cold inside. The skin was saggy of fat and not crispy at all.nnThe fish was in a tray and both ends had been chopped off loose in the bag through pressure of shutting the tray closed on it.nnNot happy at all. Tried to call the number and no answer.nnWouldn't waste your money.nnIN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE.nI ordered a beef cutlet, because you had ran out of everything else. This was a reconstituted pattie in the shape of a beef cutlet. If people like eating dog food so be it but the smell was disgusting. Regarding timings, you need to change your settings to ensure the chicken is throughly cooked.
Amazing fish and chips. Truly the biggest and tastiest fish I've ever had. Amazing staff and a great bar to sit at and eat. Loved every second of it. Highly recommend!!
Had read the reviews about quality of the food, so as a family of 5 who loves fish and chips we had to try it. We really weren't disappointed as both the fishnand the chips were totally glorious. The gravy was also beautiful too. Wife and I reckoned they were the best fish and chips we'd had for a good decade of not longer. Would absolutely recommend.
Absolutely lovely. The fish and chips were really good. We roamed around the place to choose a place to get it as we were new to the place. So glad we chose Arvonia. The chilly cheese chips were really tasty as well. So happy with our visit and would definitely recommend it. The staff were really courteous as well. Definitely try if you are in this location.
Found this chippy by chance normally go to one in Abersoch. Won't be going there again. Cooked the fish exactly how I like them done. Lightly battered it was if he knew we were coming. So with a full belly we're setting of to Manchester. Surely to return another day.
