I searched online for a company in the Preston area to fix my broken oven. It went with a bang and scared me to death. I contacted Arrow using their online contact form and they got back to me straight away by email and arranged for a visit. It was fixed the next day and the engineer was lovely. So considerate with my flooring, that he even put towels down to stop the chance of it marking. Very happy indeed with the service. I will definitely be using you again.

We have used Nick at Arrow for probably 20 years now to fix various things around the kitchen. I needed him to look at my Mothers leaking washing machine as an emergency and he didn’t let us down. It turned out to be something and nothing in the end but my mother is so happy and so are we. Thanks you again and keep up the good work.
