Booked in to get a few bits and bobs fixed on my new astra that the dealership in Glasgow was covering under warranty and got it dealt with at West Calder Vauxhall. Staff were all lovely however parts either took ages to arrive or they took ages to order them. But apart from that the actual repairs were done very quickly and all done to a good standard as far as I can tell.
Great staff very helpful and patient ordered what I wanted all options explained well to me . Very happy did not feel rushed or pressured .
Car had a recall the staff couldn't do enough to sort the problem. They updated us frequently and sorted another car for us.

Got shown around different models and a test drive arranged. Nothing was a problem even a video was made about a car I looked at by a very helpful young lady . Over the years I have had great service and it still continues to this day.Darren the branch manager is a credit to the business as is all the staff. Well done.
Ordered a part, was given the part and 2 cans of spray paint. Didn't know I had to spray paint the part to match the car. What happens if I need a new tyre shall I bring my own rubber.
Bought my car today from Arnold Clark. Steven cumine was my salesman he is Very helpful salesman, always kept me in the loop with the process of the car and the finance deal. 10/10 would recommend
Avoid. Offered me a fair and reasonable price online, then gave me the whole 'tyre kicking' routine when faced with the car. Offered £1,100 less than online valuation and left me with the impression that they were doing me a favour even taking the car. No negotiation and wouldn't budge from one and only offer. Went to Peter Vardy 5 days later and got £760 more for my car. Such a pity as their service department has always been excellent. I do not recommend you sell your car to Arnold Clark West Calder.
The place is ok. Small stock of cars. Sales guy did offer help fairly quickly but no real deal to be had here. To be honest i couodnt standthe radio blasting with the noise couldnt hear the guy half the time as the music was so loud. Felt like a nightclub. Very distracting.we are not all 20 year olds.music doesnt appeal. Ended up going to another local arnold clark.more proffessional.
