My click and collect experience was first class. My vehicle was transported from Glasgow to Newcastle-Under/Lyme over a bank holiday weekend and arrive much quicker than I expected. Collecting the vehicle was brilliant Lucy had problems on Tuesday taxing the vehicle with DVLA and agreed to come in on Wednesday which was her day off. This was much appreciated and behold the call of duty. Thanks Lucy.
Picked my car up from Arnold Clarke today and was greeted by Lucy Freeman to go through the click and collect process. Lucy was fantastic and valued my part exchange quickly and took me inside to complete my new car. Overall this took around 30 minutes to complete which I think is very good and Lucy should take pride in her efficiency. Lucy really is a credit to the company and should be very proud of how she dealt with me today.
Lucy has supported me with a click and collect order this afternoon and been absolutely fantastic. She has been patient and supportive whilst I asked questions about the process whilst paperwork was being finalised. Lucy has made the final part of the process stress free and easy and offered to show me around the car in more detail so that I felt confident driving off in the vehicle. I visited Arnold Clark for my first car and they were absolutely fantastic. Lama, who handled us, was so kind and patient. It was a super easy, non pressure experience and I couldn't recommend it more.
