Today I went with my husband to test drive two cars. He had driven them yesterday but wanted my view on them to see which we might choose. The lovely member of staff Matt Alder was really helpful and friendly, took us on both test drives and answered all our questions. He was excellent. Once our finance comes through we will definitely be back, and in no small part due to Matt. If you’re looking for friendly, informative advice without feeling pressured, ask for Matt.
Had my car serviced and mot'd here recently and have used this garage in the past. Always had fantastic service from booking my appointment with Eleanor to the great job and video updates from the mechanics. I took my car last year to another arnold clark and the customer service was not so good. Well done Parkhall and thanks
I am unhappy with buying a car from this branch. They knew that the subframe and axles of the car was cracked, but they didn't tell me. After driving for a while on the way, I felt the sound of the car chassis or subframe axles breaking. After I went to the repair shop, they said that it was already there and it got bigger over time. So car going to be losing control when I turning around the bend or roundabout even u-turn And they never accepted this responsibility. If you want to put your money in the waste bin, go to this branch . they are not honest. I don’t remembered Clydebank Arnold Clark cause of that problem every 6 months I should buy a pair of tyres for that car I should get fixed it an will cost me nearly car price.
When my cars engine exploded Arnold Clark we're happy to take a look. Unfortunately the repair bill is £7,500 and the garage and warranty in which I bought the car from bailed and now I'm left to pick up the pieces. Arnold Clark have been very accomodating, even though the car has been taking up space they always welcome me in with a smile
Car serviced and MOT'd at the branch today and it was effortless. Brilliant service, car shining like new on collection and the lady on reception this evening was absolutely lovely. Will definitely return
Very poor, book you in for a recall phone you TWICE including the day before to confirm you are still attending. Only to then turn around when you drop the car off and say they haven't ordered the parts?! Edit: It gets worse, took my car in today at 8am and was given a 68bhp Ford Ka as a courtesy, uncomfortable for a guy my size and unsuitable for my needs. Waited all day to hear from them and got a phone call at 17:25 they close at 17:30 saying the car won't be ready today, terrible communication‍. So now I have to run about in this ridiculous excuse for a car for another day.

I went to Arnold Clark in Clydebank to replace the back end of my passenger side wing mirror of my Ford Fiesta. Derek was very helpful and ordered this for me and explained I could receive it painted or as it comes and the different price ranges. I have just been back to have this replaced, Derek is a very polite and thoughtful representation of this garage. I think he needs a large pay rise. He gave me 10% discount as I had to wait a bit which I was not expecting. You don’t often come across people like this so I hope this review will lead to good things happening for Derek.
