Car was sent reluctantly by my insurance to Arnold Clark after being damaged by 3rd party. Staff were friendly to start with and all went well until I received my car back after repair. All parts were replaced and fitted well however the paint colour was wrong. Upon speaking to management regarding this he was dismissive and "sorry I don't think the paint matches". The paint didn't match. See picture refused to accept anything was wrong and said when he the manager carried out quality control the pictures matched.....make your mind up yourself. Not the first shocking experience I've had with Arnold Clark in Inverness, single handedly putting the shark back in Arnold.
Great repair on rear bumper!car was returned spotlessly clean. I was also offered another car wash in the next coupe of weeks free of charge…
Car need some body work quick visit to and straight away know how much and how long work will be. Car looks good now.
They were meant to fix my car but i had to get in booked in twice as they made such a mess of the repairs. Manager is very rude towards women, very dismissive. Second time round they still made a mess so i woyldnt send it back there and got my own mechanic to fix their mistakes. I still have problems like inner door handles falling out etc. My insurance company not happy either.
Friendly service, good job well done
Worst bodyshop I have ever had to use second time car has been in to have a repair rectified and it comes back a mess runs in the paint. I'm going to take the matter further as the manager was not very helpful
Done a first class job of my vehicle, Kevin always kept me up to date on progress.
