Good selection of tools, outdoor equipment and clothing at reasonable prices. Bought lots of stuff here before but had a terrible customer service experience. Returned a tent which leaked like a sieve and was told that it was fine -(claimed he sleeps in one every night!!). The tent was poorly designed such that the outer and inner sheet rubbed against each other and couldn't be pulled apart using the pegs and lines supplied. He tried to convince me that it was condensation. Refused to refund or give credit. So I left him with the tent and left as a very unsatisfied customer. Be warned!
