This locksmith company is amazing. The customer service is impeccable and the technicians are very knowledgeable. The locksmiths are on time and very professional. They also have a 24-hour emergency service that I always appreciate. The customer service is quick to respond to my call and make sure I'm taken care of. I would highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs.
Very highly recommended locksmiths! Martin changed all the locks on our new property, one on an unsafe outer door at short notice as an emergency fix, then a couple of days later on the remaining doors and ground floor windows. Very friendly and efficient. Also found us another expert to fix some window hinges and a damaged sliding door.
Very disappointed. I required three basta keys missing from a set of 16 I owned. Only one of the three would open the lock. I asked owner who spoke with Northern Irish accent could I buy 3 keys now and when I found the one which worked in lock could I return two of the keys. He said no. He would only give a credit note if I returned two keys and only bought one. The credit note was useless to me. He was very unhelpful in that regard. . I went to a competitor of theirs and they were way more helpful and would take back unused key. I would never give Armour locksmith my business after that experience and the prices are cheaper elsewhere
Great place, got sorted car key --cutting only from original for normal price... I would recommend...
Fantastic service. We came to Galway on holidays and forgot our roofbox key. Emmet sorted us one in minutes and was superbly friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
Worst customer service,no answers at all.after 2 weeks of waiting the item still Awaiting Processing.....?......
Excellent company to deal with. I needed locks changed in a property. Martin was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Great communication throughout, took the time to give good advice and excellent work done. Would highly recommend.
