The guy that came out to repair the door was amazing. In no time he had assesed the work that needed doing, and set about it in a professional and and safe way. Would highly recomend using this company in the future, and the guy was a credit to the firm.

Amazing service - great no drama approach - quick & efficient- would highly recommend from this experience.
DO NOT USE! I was advised that an engineer would attend within 30-40 minutes. After 1.20hrs I called to be told the engineer will call me. 15 minutes later and no call, I called back to be told there was no engineer attending as ‘he had a big job on’.
Avoid at all costs , if you wish to be scammed and cheated then this is the company to use , £75.00 call out charge and then conned into paying another £ 75.00 for a lock which i looked up online costs £10-£15 , no invoice , no receipt issued , absolutely shameless , read previous reviews so expect some self righteous justification from the owners to follow my review . The guy fixing the lock was here for 10 minutes but at night with no front door lock you dont really have any other option , loads of other companies offering lock repair , try any before you use this company !!! You have been warned !!!Service: Repair hardware
