Used twice before 6 years ago and they were very good. Not the case now! shocking service!. Had to pay 100% upfront. Paid over £80 for packing boxes that were still not delivered 5 days before we actually moved with no reassurance of when they would be delivered. Rood on the phone, aggressive and annoyingly persistent chasing the cancellation charge on the day that we were moving. So glad we kicked them into touch and went with Robinson's Removals, who were brilliant.

I just wanted to give feedback on the guys that came to do our move on 19th January 2017.
They were very polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the move a lot less stressful with their positive attitude.
Despite being such a cold day they were smiling throughout the day and never complained about anything. They were just great.
Also just would like to say that Craig was very helpful in providing the quotes and very polite too.
In fact all the people I dealt with at Armishaws were all very courteous.
We would definitely recommend your company to others.

Didn't use for removals but the driver got very close to knocking me off my bike this morning on the Salisbury to Andover Road.

Must admit I don't think I have dealt with anyone so rude who is supposed to be customer focused. Have been waiting for a quote for a month which I have had to chase up on several occasions. Suffice to say, we will not be using them.

Previously used rainbow removals and move went fine, but had a couple of issues with them wanting more money than originally agreed, for packing materials etc..
Called for quote on next move and was assured that now Rainbow had been taken over by Armishaws they had sorted all bad practice..... not so
1) two of the guys were in their first month of the job
2) two hours late as the only guy who could drive was needed on another job
3) wardrobe which was dismantled by the removers came out of storage in bits, plus a broken Wendy house, broken table lamps and damaged chest of drawers.
4) small print of "insurance" only covered any item up to £40 Inc our £800 wardrobe
5) took months of weekly chasing calls to get someone to give me an update or response on issues and compensation. Ended up with £80 cheque
Would never use any of the armishaw group and would always advice to check if any removal firm being considered is one
