We stayed as a Group of over 30, for 4 nights in beginning of October. Our leader booked directly, not through a travel agent and found it very easy. The person assigned to our group was very helpful and answered all queries promptly. Check in on arrival was very efficient and speedy. Rooms were large, even those assigned as singles, clean and bright with good size bathrooms Our stay was made most enjoyable by friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfasts . One of our group had a problem with a window which was fixed immediately when reported.

I stayed here for one night as I was on a 2 day tour of NI sight seeing. What a wonderful hotel. From the time I walked through the door to the very spacious lobby and up to the reception desk, people were friendly and inviting. The receptionist was very helpful and check in was a breeze. The same receptionist checked me out the next morning, again, with the same lovely friendly attitude. The breakfast was excellent, and service was first class. The room was well presented, bed very comfy, and I also had the luxury of a balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip.

I had to give Armagh City Hotel a 5 as it is very well located and easy to get to with loads of parking. The foyer and bar are very chic. Great barrista and the food was first class. Light and airy the decor is contemporary. I found the staff very pleasant, helpful and professional. Very well run hotel. Wheelchair access also.

Staff were very nice and the hotel is lovely. However the evening meal was disappointing, perhaps ordinary and the breakfast was pretty awful. If you come down around 9.30am for breakfast it appears to have lying on the bambarie for a some time. The bread is hard as is the bacon. Not an appetising start. Needs improving. It is a good deal with Living Social and with an improvement on the breakfast it would be fine.

We had an excellent meal there as part of a big retirement celebration. The food was first class as was the service. Everyone was served quickly which must have been difficult given that there were more than 250 people there.
