Love this hotel... have stayed in the past but this time was just meeting a friend for lunch! Lovely, laid back atmosphere... very relaxed! Also excellent location and customer service.. would definitely recommend!

Very hit and miss with this hotel at the best of times.nThis week we booked a table for 14 people and pre ordered food from the deli menu. When we arrived the deli the staff had forgotten to reserve/set up table for us, forgot to start the pre order and made mistakes on nearly half of our orders. We should have had our food by 12pm and at 12:50pm we were still waiting on our final meal.nThe most disappointing part was the attitude of the deli staff. They sent the bar man to apologise after the meal even though nothing was his fault. We were treated as a complete inconvenience to the deli even when we had made the booking well in advance. We will not be having any staff functions here again.

Great service rooms excellent food amazing we have stayed here a few times now and it never fails.

From our checking in to our checking out staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless. Room service was very good even though there were functions on in the hotel. Enjoyed and eill be back again

Lovely hotel in a great location. Free parking. Free WiFi. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The only bad thing was the coffee. Only filter coffee available which was really bad.
