Shockingly bad customer service from manager at Argos in Lanark. Please don't use this place. Tried to return a faulty modem bought the day before with receipt and in original packaging. The staff were great to deal with, however the lady manager had a bad attitude. 
I was made to feel terrible, after an interrogation she wouldn't believe me it was faulty, and accused me of lying. I was made to feel like a criminal.
 I tried to explain that it doesn't switch on. She didn't even take it out the box to look at it. All I wanted was a replacement . She couldn't care less. This is no way to treat a customer.
 I  Had to go to Wishaw branch who exchanged it with no problems. The manager at Lanark branch Argos has a really bad attitude.  she couldn't care less.   I will not be using Argos in Lanark again. It would be interesting to know if anyone else has had a problem with the manager at the Lanark Branch.

was in Argos lanark today,, staff were amazing considering there was only 3 of them on, shop was very busy but the three girls were very pleasant and helpful but defiantly need more staff.
