I visited this Argos last week on Saturday and Lily was super helpful, she was so patient with me answering all my questions with a smile on her face, she’s a credit to the store. I’ll definitely be back!!
Don't even think 1 is acceptable for this rating. Delivery suppose to turn up Thursday, never did. So suppose to be delivered today. Still not turned up. The sheer disbelieve of how you all expect me to cancel my hospital appointment that is going to help me safe my life so you can deliver my appliance. I keep saying I'll be in hospital for weeks due to immunology and unsure how I will progress or let alone if I'll survive it. But no no, argos wants me to go hospital then come back and then go back to hospital. There are no better term to use that what a waste of a service.
Today, I visited this argos to pick up a last-minute birthday present for my wife.nThe whole shopping experience was very quick and easy. I browsed the catalogue on the computers found in store, ordered and paid for them there, and then waited roughly 5 minutes for my item to be called out.nThis argos is situated inside a small retail park close to the centre of Hucknall. There was plenty of parking available when I visited.nThis was not the first time i had been to this store, and I would happily visit this argos again in the future.
Grumpiest female staff ever ‍ never known anything like it. Rude and attitude. Seems as though this store has different rules to other argos. Can't return a faulty item as isnt in its original packaging? Yet ilkeston argos accepted it back no issues, with politeness.
Staff very helpful. Purchased a new TV, kettle and toaster and the lady carried them out to the car for us I’m on crutches. It’s easy shopping with computers stress free. Definitely recommend .nBack again today Match 4 2024 for some kitchen scales looked after by a lovely friendly and helpful man, such a pleasure to visit when the staff are so pleasant
