So my mother needed New TV and I Needed a Laptop for my Daughter so we went to Currys .the Customer Service was shocking .So we went over to Argos Regent Road Branch .one of the staff Leannee Couldn't do enough for us .she went above and beyond. Getting my mother the tv she wanted at a very good price and she help me pic the right Laptop for my Daughter.we walked away Very happy ..all the staff their are great .keep up the good work
It is definitely one of the biggest super-store in Salford. you can find almost everything you want and more importantly, you can buy it online and go to the store and get your purchases free.
The lady didn’t accept my return because there’s a scratch of the casing when I received it as it is. I don’t understand. Very very poor customer service.
Two Argos representatives this morning helped me retrieve my insurance warranty of their system. They were very helpful and had a great attitude. Thank you for your support this morning 5star service. Wish every company had the same ethics
I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.

Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful team members. Returns process is easy. One star removed for standard long wait at tills but self serve very good and click and collect/fast collect very good.
Not the worst Argos store. Not the best Argos store. Long waits. Good cashiers Indifferent serving staff. You can hear them making not nice remarks about customers and denigrating other staff. Not the fastest service. It's an OK store . If you don't mind a bit of a wait. Best to go and see and judge by your own experience.
