Bought a tablet September 2017, worked well till just before New year,  couldn't charge it anymore. Took it back they booked it to be repaired. After 2 weeks of waiting i got a phone call informing me it's ready to collect. When i arrived and the manager took out of the box you can clearly see the forgot to fit the back cover correctly, wasn't happy but the manager offered a replacement and a discount for the inconvenience caused, which was nice of him.

Tried to take an item back I brought the day before and they told me they couldn't take it back and to sell it on Ebay. I couldn't believe my ears, rude. Very rude..

Great help from the lady on the jewellery counter.  I was only buying a cheap holiday watch,  but the service was as if i was spending hundreds.  Thank you for the excellent service.

Shopped at Argos this evening found the service to be very friendly and professional, we love shopping at Hempstead shopping centre and have done for many years.

Whilst still flipping through the catalogue, a customer assistant walked up to me and asked me if I need any help. Actually it was then that I  realised I need a bit of help.
He patiently guided me throughout my stay in the shop. This  had shortened the time I had to spend in this store which was to my advantage.
The customer assistant was very friendly, polite and patient.
