Called in while on holiday for beach shoes when I went to pay 2 members of staff too busy talking to notice when I did pay they didn't stop talking to each other my 12yo son said thankyou with no reply they didn't even ask me if i wanted to buy a bag
Today was the first time in ages I've been in. I had an incredibly helpful and friendly member of staff. She helped me find exactly what I was after cos sportsdirect isn't the easiest shop to find things in! It's neat and tidy but what you're after could be in 5 different places! Good experience today!
Absolutely horrendous customer service, the lad on the till whos first day it was was superb. Pity about the eye rolling stroppy girl who came to 'help,' will not return.

Great service and friendly, helpful staff. Arranged a refund on faulty trainers with speed and no fuss, and helped sort a replacement pair. Excellent.
What you need and good prices.woryh a visit
Poor service not happy. I think it is awful you don't get your money back if you have returned an item that isn't any good/fit for purpose they do give you in store credit. Staff seem over worked and always under pressure.
Has everything You need for sport but lacks choices. Customer service is very poor I'll try to avoid this place. The staff look unhappy may ask if you are ok... when it came time for me to pay there was no small talk as they took my money, not even a thank you! HR needs to sort this out as I'll be going else where for now! My review may change.
Good range of items. Very helpful lady in shoe department. Nicer service than other sports direct shops we've visited. She actually wanted to help.
Biggest sports shop for miles..loads of stuff..loads of staff....1 person on til in middle of afternoon....25 min queue...avoid
