If you want rudeness and lack of any compassion for the client try it! My Mum just got back from hospital and she called me to ask me to check the name of a med for her. I quickly opened my laptop to give her the urgent info, and ....I was asked to leave.. as "it is not a place to look at the laptop".. Would have preferred to do without it actually, but I had to put up with rudeness of the shop, on top of stress of letting my Mum wait for me to go somewhere else. These retailers have just lost all humanity...
