Fabulous strore with great customer service. Great location and great opening times.
Refused refund from Xmas presents that were incorrectly described and wrong size for kids. Reason being that the item had its stickers applied and had been tried. Items were returned immaculately with all parts and de-assembled. Always been loyal to argos to help them against the giants like amazon but to be honest amazon with the customer focus would of refuned this....from now on I know not to buy from argos
Collected an order no problems received message telling me it was ready for collection.pity you can't add nectar points at the till .they say link them online.have tried a few times without success.need more staff at busier times
1 star for the customer service, polite and professional. -4 stars for the bullsh*t policy that won't allow you to return opened items. How are you supposed to know an electronic device works without opening it and turning it on? Also I wasn't made aware of the policy until I tried to return it the day after I bought it. Even though I made sure they stipulated the rules for returning items before I purchased it. Poor effort all round. Unfortunately Argos has now lost another customer for life.
My partner was very distressed coming from there yesterday as she felt she was made out to be a liar. Tried to exchange a tablet which they said had been opened, fair enough, but NOT by us! When a history trace was done by another more friendly store it was sorted. Maybe they should look into their policy of putting "customer returns" back into the supply chain. We did NOT open that tablet,
Ordered a bbq waited nearly 2 weeks and then told it hadn't been sent to the store Waited another week for my refund to go into my bank. 3 weeks with no bbq Missed all the good weather. Went to b and m in end and had one within 10 mins
Appalling customer service. Went in yesterday to get advice on what to do about a console table we bought as the colour started to fade on top. Was told to bring it in store and they will replace. Went there the next day,Argos couldn't find the manufacturer's details and refused to help! The manager Laura was very rude and didnt want to do anything about it, clearly money is more important to them and not customers! Never mind that fact that I had to dismantle the table, take it in store, walk back out with it and assemble it again. Will not return here.

Had to take faulty item back to this store. Had brilliant service would go back to this Argos again so it a five star from me friendly staff
I was really disappointed by the lack of help taking my large item out of the store in argos that is in side of Sainsbury's Bridgend I asked if they could assist me in taking my large item out of the store . I then asked if I could borrow the trolley they had my tumble dryer on and they said that I couldn't because it was argos property i then had to proceed to carry this item out of Sainsbury's on my own in a busy shop and almost had 3 accident in the process of taking it to my car I have never been to a stor that has treated me like this before all the other argos stores that I have been to helps me to take a large item out of there stores.
