Not a bad store, very handy and local just a shame some staff members not as good as others but I guess you get that most places these days.
There must have been a change of staff since or maybe the rude staff from other reviews weren't working today. I had a great experience with the staff, they were chatty, positive and kind. This Argos were very Covid-aware and stuck to the rules of social distancing and on top of this service was pretty fast. Just so everyone is aware their contact less is not working so hand sanitiser your bank card after if needs must.
Probably the slowest Argos I’ve used, and I’ve used many across the country. Under staffed, and take too long with each customer. Was waiting for 10 mins with only 3 people in front of me. Productivity needs to be prioritised.
Very bad experience staff are rude and do not have any customer service skills at all. Never will I visit this store again.

Ain't got a clue. 5 times this year they messed up my orders. Txt to say it's there. Then it's not. Staff seem to lack competence. Theory of mind. And empathy. Have no idea why your annoyed.. Send you on wild goose chases for your stuff... And how dare you be mad about it... I order from Argos a lot, for business and pleasure. Never had a problem with any other branch. Just the bilston one!

I went to pick up an item I had purchased online using my Argos card, I did not take my Argos card with me. I was refused the item I had paid for because of this. Turns out, Argos' policy is that ID is okay instead of producing the card - but the staff in store don't seem to know this. As a result I had to use a day of annual leave to pick up my item, meaning I am now working Christmas Day. As a company - shocking. No email contact. They want you to contact them through Twitter and facebook. Why are they so scared of email?
Things tend to be out of stock and the staff are absolutely useless. One lady is very slow to serve and will check every millimetre when returning am item to see if its been used making the queue wait.
Quick service. Many things are available in store. Great for last minute items
