Thank you for last minute booking as you were closing, our daughter was coming up to our van on seal bay trains all cancelled and delayed getting her there later than planned, so missed last bus to windmill lovely drive met her at Asda as she got off the bus and got her to bunns safely
Brilliant service today picked us up straight away from west sands after we were badly let down by another taxi firm. Got us safely to Chichester Station. We'll be using this firm again next year when we return. Thank you
Do not use - rubbish firm. Booked a taxi the day before to take me to Chichester station at 10.00. Rang taxi firm at 10.10 to find out if it was on the way only to be told that they had forgotten! Luckily a friend was available to take me.
Absolutely shocking service, we had booked a journey very far in advance months and then the driver took it upon himself to make a final decision that he would not pick us up, without consulting anybody first. This left us in a very difficult situation because not only was it almost impossible to find someone else to pick us up but we had already paid for the journey, leaving us short of cash until we could collect it the following day. The driver was very unreasonable and refused to speak to us about what had happened at all. Will never try to use them again!

So sad. We have used this Taxi service for years even when there was another firm in the town. Not anymore! My wife tried to arrange a collection from Selsey to Chichester with a collection later that evening from Chi to Selsey, the man was very rude to her saying they don't do double bookings!?! We have had pick ups from Selsey and collections from Chi before. She said he sounded quite stressed but there is no need to be rude to a customer not unless they were rude first, she wasn't. I rang to complain but the man was adamant that my wife was trying to arrange a collection from Chi to Chi?? Err NO! Such a shame we will not be usimg them anymore and will use Starline from now on. Idiotic response from the owner sums it up
Reliable service but turned up a bit late. Quoted agreed price over the phone but driver charged extra. Not sure why?Service: Limousines
