Super clean, staffs are very helpful
Tends to have long waits for access. Also, there is no defined traffic management/ parking system, so if you are walking about different skips, be careful. I was tempted to say that overall it was rubbish, but you get my drift
Staff are on the ball, nothing is a problem to them even with old coffin dodgers like myself...
One star is too generous!!!!..checked website for closing times on Saturday... 4pm. Loaded car with garden waste and headed down for 3.40pm....only to be told "we're closed!!!!!"..20mins early...asked staff why closed so early?... jobs worth told me if we let you in we'll have to let everyone in...even though I could have been in and out in a minute. Ended up going to Bangor recycling centre, it closes at 6pm..as specified on website, and when I asked a very helpful member of staff if they close the gate earlier than 6pm..they said no!...we close at 6pm..so gates open until then..top Mark's Bangor!!! Ards need to get your act together....and either open to times specified on website....or change website...disgraceful
I came, I saw... I dumped. Simples!
No notification that certain skips are not available before queueing. There was none for wood or rubble on 3 different days.
Its a joke its still not opening full hours "because of covid"no wonder people are fly tipping, if other people took that attitude like people who work in tesco etc.we would starve.

Got turned away because the kids Christmas present cardboard looked like commercial waste. Lol
The best recycling centre I've been in a long time. Well set out, very friendly and helpful staff and clean and tidy.
