AQUINNA - Above and beyond! Pre house move in! WHERE TO START! Aquinna were in their own league while my partner and I battled through the stressful task of buying our first home. Since we became interested and reserved one of Aquinna’s properties, I could not have been more pleased with the interaction we received, constant updates on the property, with plenty of pictures to keep my partner at bay from breaking into the site and seeing the house for herself! When the personal touches to the house were decided Aquinna gave us clear options of the garden, downstairs flooring and the carpet colour. The standard specification is ideal for a modern home and I am made up with how it all looks. One particular moment Aquinna went above and beyond is where we had several large problems with our conveyancers “Enact” side note: avoid Enact conveyancers, which led to the house moving being pushed back a couple of weeks. Aquinna were a guiding hand throughout our conversation with Enact, to push them along and get the transaction moving in order to be completed as soon as possible. If it was not for Aquinna it could have been several more weeks until we moved in. MOVED IN! Since moving in Aquinna have made themselves available, with a general demonstration of our home and all the appliances on the first day along with a detailed information pack. 3 months in and everything is great. We had an issue with the fridge freezer after 2 months, but with the correct information it was quickly fixed. Overall, I would recommend an Aquinna home to everyone, the process has been simple and at times they have gone above and beyond to help us. We are both really happy in our new home and pleased that we decided to buy from Aquinna.
I had the pleasure of selling a number of houses for Aquinna Homes. The houses were built to a great specification, completed in good time and a high quality finish. The whole team were always on hand to answer any questions we had and the buyers are delighted with the finished product.
