Called to diagnose a smell of gas. Adamant the cause was our Rangemaster Pro+. Did not replace perished and cracked outside pipes dated 2011. Had cooker examined by a second company. They diagnosed the cracked and perished pipe in 90 seconds and replaced. Tested and all was well then serviced our cooker, finding no faults. Aqua Flow maintained the cooker was at fault. Aqua Flow twice talked over me when I was trying to explain how I saw the issue. Abandoned a third attempt to discuss the issue any further as it was clear Aqua Flow felt they were correct and the company that replaced the dangerous pipe and corrected the problem immediately were wrong. I would suggest that better customer service, not berating me and not rubbishing another company's work would have had me leaving a positive review but unfortunately, this experience has prompted me to leave an honest, but one-star review after paying the bill in full. In full disclosure I would add the installation of the same cooker by Aqua Flow a few years ago was exemplary.
