Watson's did a great job selling our seaside property for us. The girls in the office were friendly, efficient and very experienced. We always received prompt feedback from them and sound advice. We lost our first buyer but Watson's found us another buyer within a couple of days. Not the cheapest estate agent in town but we chose them because they gave us confidence that they would provide us with very good service. Top notch !
I bought recently through Watsons and found that they were incredibly helpful and communicative to me from the moment I first spotted the property online. They even gave me my first viewing on WhatsApp as I was temporarily immobile and could not travel to view. Watsons sold my house in sheringham. In fact less than 48hrs after they put it on the market I had 3 viewings & received an offer over the guide price they listed it at. They stayed in touch throughout & were always there at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nice staff & very efficient, can’t fault them.
