I have never wrote a review.   I actually chose them because of their reviews and so glad I did.  I was expecting them to tell me the problem was worse than it ended up being.  They quoted a price to fix and ended up taking less time and they actually reduced the price.   Most places I believe would not of done that.  I will always call them when I have an issue because I find them very trustworthy   As a side note, I called another company first and all they did for the first 5 minutes on the phone was trying to do a hard sales pitch on a program they had.    I told them I just want to get someone out.  They continued with the sales pitch.  This company did none of that.Service:&nbsp;Shower repair

We have used Approved Plumbing for many years to check/clean both our Sanitary and Storm systems.  During our most recent service, both the plumber, Nick M and his helper, Matt, along with the company president Jeff Schlekie, were involved in keeping the systems maintained in top working order. We had a bad experience with this company recently. The technician they sent didn’t even investigate or attempt to determine what was leaking under our sink, just quoted us several large amounts for replacement parts. Two days later my husband tightened two hose connections under the sink something the tech hadn’t even bothered to try and completely fixed the issue! The two hose connections were just loose, and now we’ve had zero leaks.  I think this company is all about maximizing profits and I would not trust any advice they give. We’re so glad we aren’t out $600 of “replacement” parts that weren’t even broken to begin with!  Also, note that they charge a $70 service fee to come out regardless. Other plumbers I’ve worked with in the area only charge for labor and parts.
