Was told to get in touch when I got around the first 1000 miles to get it checked and when I rang them I was told they don't do that anymore ?
My car broke down halfway home from the garage. They tried to tell me it was the gearbox even though it wouldn't start. They were keen to dispose of the car for me. I insisted on a repair despite all their " economic" arguments. Guess what - there wasn't anything wrong with the gearbox, so they would have made a nice little earner if I had agreed to them taking the car. Funny thing, the store security guard outside the shop where it broke down said exactly the same thing happened to the same model in the same place the next week - and that car was also on its way home from Trelawny! Is this a little scam being perpetrated by the new team at Trelawny?
My partner Derek has just collected a used Citroën Picasso from this garage and found the service excellent many thanks to Chris Oates for his customer service and making the whole procedure of trade in and choosing another car stress free and so easy very happy and would highly recommend this garage many thanks.
The staff were friendly and always helped Mr along the way of getting the new car. Tony was particularly excellent, I can't thank him enough. I will be a returning customer...
Seems like they don't want to offer test drives. Tried twice: last year, this year, two different cars, and both times was told to go to Hawkins. Really!?
Took my car in for a service, they picked up on a couple of other bits that needed attention. The customer service and the work they have done are fantastic, I can't fault them and will use them for all my Citreon needs again. Many thanks Ryan and the team.
Hi started out ok .mot booked sked them to call me wen motability car was nearly ready At start before mot I informed them that theback tyres were not good.and would probably need changing went over to morrisons for lunch no phone call so I went back to garage car was outside finished? But no call to imformd me .. They then told me car had failed mot? TYRES !!!!! Meanwhile my disabled wife is at home on her own.... After THAT I HAD TO course them to get in touch with qwik fit ..only to find that they never had tyres to fit citron c4 grand!!! They then made various phone calls and eventually came up with a taxi to get me home ! I would of preferred a. Courtesy car . I was told I would get communication from rac about taxi I did get a mail from... emac ....? rac they were very good and got things moving .. After waiting for taxi I rang them again and taxi was fast tracked .... I waited outside for taxi and decided enough was enough so concluded I would walk the 12 miles home if the taxi didn't turn up by 4.10 pm My wife had been left to long as it were ...fortunately the taxi turned up I told the garage chap that I was going to walk home if the taxi didn't arrive by 4.10 pm His reply was okay Nice people

Excellent all round, did my annual service, looked at all the things I asked for and the car was so clean and well valeted, I didn't recognise it a t first! Superb customer service and satisfaction, lovely staff!
Excellent customer service when my car was MOT'd and serviced this week, with a lot of personal attention and everything done that was necessary and more.
