I had an appointment at the Genius Bar due to an issue with my IPhone 15 charging. Even though the wait was a while a really sweet worker approached us and asked if we have been seen yet. The worker I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name was really quick at checking the problem for me and got it fixed almost immediately after taking my phone into the back! My experience was great mainly due to his positive attitude and humour
Appalling service, after booking a time slot the technician was 20 minutes late and then was told they couldn’t change my battery today and I would need to leave my phone or make another appointment. I live 45 minutes from the store so hardly convenient!! No apologies just take it or leave it attitude. As a company and a store they have you over a barrel and they know and show it. Possibly different levels of customer care had i fitted into their perfect demographic 18-25, avoid if at all possible.
Just left the Apple Store in Braehead, approached a group of staff chatting, all dressed in the usual uniform and I was gobsmacked that on saying excuse me to get their attention, the member of staff holding court, dismissed me without even looking at me saying ‘ 2 minutes’ . I was completely speechless, I’ve never asked for help in any store and been met with that response. To add to this after enquiring re who was a manager to complain we are told that it was Nik, the person who has clearly demonstrated no skills in customer service!! As a manager I’m astounded to have to point out that customers always come first. If I could have given 0 stars I would but the saving grace was Hannah who did actually serve us - she had told us she was new but yet knew how to provide good customer service, something clearly lacking by certain members of the management team.
Me and my boyfriend were served by Cameron, and he was absolutely lovely. Was very clear when explaining things such as insurance, etc. His knowledge of the products and add ons was perfect, and he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to while paying. Made the experience even better :

The wait is horrendous for genius even though you have a slot time. The garbage they talk to customers instead of getting down to business is horrendous. Avoid this store or go if you want to waste half your day
We secured an appointment and at the allotted time we were told to wait to be seen - well we waited and waited - and then waited some more , staff blatantly ignored us and other customers and when we were eventually seen, we were patronised. When we complained to management about the service, she didn’t appear bothered about the lack of service. I will NEVER use this Apple Store again.

Biggest pile of junk company ive ever delt with, purchased a phone just under £1200 iphone 15 pro max. Not even 2 weeks old and had a problem with signal and network going down intermittently then a month later it was getting worse and eventually noticed it wasnt just the signnal dropping because the signal and wifi eventually packed in altogether and couldnt get any atall, contact the customer service and they told me to get another sim replacement so i did and it still did not resolve the problem, contacted them again and they went through a diagnostic check with me on the fone then told me it was a fault wich turned out to be bluetooth and wifi module faulty, sent me to the braehead apple store and a I travelled and hour and a half and expected a replacement or a refund but instead they insisted to get it fixed and left me with no fone for a week, they sent me away with the fone not working and orderd a part in and i just travelled back up today to get it fixed, i hand the fone in and came back in 3 hours and they had cracked and damaged my screen proctector and hant me the phone back lookin like a pile of dump and didnt replace the screen protector for me, customer service was garbage, so was the manager matt i delt with he wasnt worth a toss and didnt take anything into account that i sayed to him, this also involved the phone to be fully swiped and factory reset now lost all my stuff, highly and strongly would not recommend this company to buy a device from, £1200 nearly and i have been left with a banger reconditioned phone and its only just over a month old, phones now gettin sold and will never return to buy an apple………
Had a problem regarding my watch ⌚ where I couldn’t end it when finished a workout it. The issue was resolved by staff member called Ryan, In half an hour. No way I could have done this myself. Apple certainly know how to fix problems.
