Phone failed to update properly.. Apple maintains it was a hardware not a software issue of course phone out of warranty and can't be fixed just what I expected them to say

Superb service from a guy called Andre. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Great range of products and all explained in an easy to understand way. Highly recommended.
