Fantastic service from Lyndsey and her brother. I went in yesterday for some guidance on a clarinet for my son, all I can say is they went above and beyond any expectations I had. Took my son in after school today to buy the clarinet and I ended up in tears (happy) because of their personal service. I am so grateful to them and glad I didn't venture to Liverpool to the shop I was initially recommended. I certainly will be returning to Apollo in the future. Thankyou so much.

Great service, the guy spent 40mins with me showing me an electric guitar and amp and explained the different setting on both the guitar and amp, he also gave me tips and advice which was greatly recieved. Ended up buy the guitar and amp! Thank you so much

I have twice had dealings with Apollo music and cannot fault their outstanding customer service. I ordered a new lead for my guitar recently which royal mail must have lost because it did not turn up. I Emailed Apollo to tell them and they hand delivered a replacement. What's more ,because they didn't have any leads left that I had ordered they sent the next model up in the range at no extra cost. I can highly recommend this store.
