Apollo Appliances Ltd is an independent kitchen & appliance retailer based in Dronfield, nr Sheffield. With over 500 appliances on display as well as our kitchen showroom, we are one of the areas leading showrooms.

Story

Apollo Appliances Ltd is a family run appliance and kitchen showroom, originally established in 1972. In 2008 we opened our brand new 15000 square foot site in Dronfield, Derbyshire, which is conveniently situated between Chesterfield, Sheffield and on the outskirts of the Peak District.

After expanding from our original site at Meadowhead we are now able to offer the largest choice of appliances in the area with over 800 products on display in our showroom:

We have a vast range of free standing and built -in appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, fridges and many more from all leading manufacturers.
Our customers have the choice of brand new, graded and reconditioned machines. It is the amount of choice that means that we always have something in store to suit every taste and budget.
Apollo also offer a range of high quality fitted kitchens. Please feel free to visit our store and browse the many displays on show.

At Apollo we pride ourselves on our customer service which has led to many customers who have used us for 40 years. Offering a local delivery, fitting and removal of old appliances service we are the perfect one stop shop for people with a busy lifestyle. We also offer a repair service where our experienced engineers will visit you at home at a time to suit you.

Excellent work from Apollo .. went in to their showroom Saturday, no pushy sales person, just very helpful and listened, loads of range and great prices. Bought there and then and was fitted the following Wednesday by 2 lovely guys who were quick, knew exactly what they were doing and left no trace of anything. Couldn't ask for a better service.

I'm so pleased we decided to buy all of our kitchen appliances from Apollo, rather than an online supplier, as the service was exceptional and prices comparable. We were kept informed about hard to get hold of items, caught up in supply chains and items were put aside aside until we needed them. This ended up being considerably longer than initially anticipated owing to a delay in our extension being built, but Apollo were brilliant and kept our items in their warehouse. Even after delivery Apollo helped me report a manufacturing fault with one of the items and I had a Neff engineer out within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apollo Appliances to anyone. Brilliant service and competitive prices.

Bought a whole new kitchen worth of appliances and the sales manager Steve said they were more than happy to store the appliances until we were ready. Twiice that man has shouted over the phone to me, very intimidating and zero customer service. This company are only happy when receiving your money. If there are any issues they are not interested. I am still waiting there response after a faulty item. I suggest none should use them as once there’s a problem the hang up on you Thanks Steve

Excellent service from Apollo .. went in to their showroom Yesterday looking for a Fridge Freezer. No pushy sales person, Ellen was very helpful and listened, loads of range and great prices. Bought there and I collected it today  Also thanks to for the coffee from Wayne, only place I go for my appliances

After hearing good reports about this company I decided to purchase a microwave from them which was to be fitted which they didn’t actually charge me for the fitting. Unfortunately eighteen months later I found that the plastic foil covering hadn’t been removed and was actually covering a vent which could have been really dangerous and led to it causing a fire. I phoned Apollo and spoke to a salesman who just made excuses and that I’d have to pay for them to come and sort it out. After about five minutes he said he would get Ellen the owner to phone me back the following week as she was on holiday, this was three weeks ago. I have sorted the problem but I never even received an apology. I would certainly think twice before using this company again Caroline

Excellent friendly service! Had a lovely kitchen designed and fitted by Apollo, very happy and would highly recommend. Also my go to for appliances, very competitive prices and reliable.

Really helpful and efficient.  A friend recommended them as I needed a new Washing machine. Big showroom, staff member talked me through some machines based on my requirements and budget. Delivery next day, nice guys, checked all working and took away old machine. A very positive experience

I recently purchased new appliances for my kitchen from Apollo. The whole experience was great - they have a great showroom with a good range on show, the sales staff are really helpful and knowledgable, it was easy to order and arrange delivery and they are available on the phone for queries and support. Good prices too. I would 100% recommend using them over a chain retailer or online.

Very impressed!  Always bought our electrical goods from John Lewis before, from now on it will definitely be Apollo. Great advice from Steve ex John Lewis electrical dept manager.  Competitive price. Quick delivery. Installation was well priced and the two guys who installed the washing machine did an excellent job.
