Upgraded my computer to put an SD card in to cope with the Windows 10 upgrade. No call to say it was ready. Took it home, Microsoft Outlook no longer worked and data files missing Returned and after 2 weeks nothing don. Cost me £95 and now I have pay someone else to put it right.

Took my laptop keyboard to be repaired. Took a 2 day turnaround, was slick, fast and very good customer service. Will be using again for any technological problems and would recommend to anyone.

Sent my phone in on Tuesday after damaging it in water, thought it was a gonner for sure but thankfully the lovely people at killer byte managed to fix it for me and it’s 100% back to normal working order and with a two day turnaround just in time for Christmas! Thankyou so much!

Just had my Lenovo laptop serviced by and bought an Ipad 2 from Killer-Byte in Dronfield. Very good value , quick turnaround and great customer service from Donna and  Andrew. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good local IT support.
