Can’t fault Mark.  Needed to get a new boiler urgently, due to fatal issue with old one.nHe responded to my initial call within a perfectly reasonable time, visited and assessed options.  Several options discussed and quotes provided promptly.  Despite knowing this was an emergency the quote was good and he didn’t exploit the situation.nThe work has now been carried out, he worked so hard! Arrived when he said, worked constantly, and has done an excellent job. Totally exceeded expectations.nHe left the house neat and tidy in the evenings.  He also needed the services of a roofer and his work was super too.
