Please google this company and see all the reviews. Seems they are crooks and scammers. I’ve had them booked today but they haven’t turned up but they take credit card details in advance. They hung up on me when I said I couldn’t wait for them any longer and they had to cancel the job. They won’t give any confirmation about cancellation and asked if anyone had explained to me about cancellation fees, even though they have failed to turn up. Was transferred to another dept who told me there would be no cancellation charge, but I am very wary given reviews elsewhere. Reviews elsewhere mention being charged for cancelled work then threats of court if things weren’t paid. Anyway, I have taken the name of who I spoke to at the central call centre. They say they don’t give confirmation numbers but that calls are recorded. I will watch my credit card statement. I’ve written every detail of this, in case I need it in the future. Remember it’s for them to prove they are due a payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
