Very poor service! I have been using Zak Money Exchange for the past many years. Recently the service standards have gone down the hill. Every time I send money I have to call and chase them to complete the transaction. Money sent in the wrong names, causes delays and wastes time. Shared my concern on the standard of service but seems like no one cares.
Very poor service. Very low rate. They will steal your money. I strongly recommend you not to use them. My Money reached to Pak after 8 days by chasing them. If you ask them they will blame pakistani banks.
Only reason for 3 stars not 5 because from UK the money gets transferred correctly but its collection keeps delaying due to lazy staff with dead souls sitting in Allied banks in Pakistan.
Poor service. This a family run business by a bunch of looters. Worst exp ever.
