Fair range of equipment and always clean. Bad pricing, gave feedback on prices and was called to be told "our pricing is standard" which is a bizarre way of responding to feedback. Replacement key fobs are extremely overpriced £30 for an RFID tag. Staff are generally friendly at face value but disingenuous and inexperienced in edge case customer service scenarios. I would avoid.
Get your timing right and it's lovely and quiet! Although it's never really busy. We paid up front for 6 month membership and freeze this between visits, good business sense. Sometimes it's a little smelly in the gym. Could do with some signs with stretches etc

My gym since it opened many years ago. We’ve got a great little family of dedicated people working towards their own fitness goals here. The gym is always looked after well these days and I couldn’t ask for a better team looking after us :
I've been going to this gym for a number of years and it's always well maintained and clean. The staff are really approachable which is different to other gyms I have been to. Special mention to Libby who is always so positive and takes the time to say hello to everyone and make them feel welcome :
I joined anytime about 4 months ago as i was unhappy in myself. I went in and spoke to Libby and Rosie who got me signed up. They are extremely easy to talk to and make you feel very welcome. I noticed them also saying hello and goodbye to the members as they walked past which made me feel very confident and trusting in there care towards their members. I have since been guided by them and lost a lot of weight and i am very happy. I would totally recommend if you are thinking in joining definitely do give them a call!!
Anytime fitness Bradley Stoke is a fantastic gym. It is always kept clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and professional. It’s benefited me hugely in goals I set myself in a no pressure environment.
Been with this gym since pre covid and always found the staff to be great. Covid was met with impeccable cleanliness standards with equipment being cleaned by both staff and members. Libby runs a tight ship, but does it well. Other AF gyms aren’t anywhere near as good
New staff are absolutely terrible. Extremely unprofessional “rude gal” as they say. Felt like I was at a local pub not a decent one rather than a nice gym. Use another location. You’ll have a much better experience. The Cribbs location and the city centre location have much better staff.
